Anyone else tired of hitting their front lip onto the parking block? I can't count how many times I scraped my lip parking too close to the parking block.
I am trying to retrofit a parking sensor into the front lip. So it beeps if I am too close to the parking block.
Any thoughts on this?

Wish I could reverse in or park that far away. But a lot of parking lots I visit don't have that much room and is very cramp. It would be too difficult to reverse in or park far away because it would block the flow of traffic.

I try to be careful but when you daily drive a lowered car in the city, things are bound to happen no matter how careful you are.
Me too. But I wouldn't know where to mount the monitor in the car for a clean look.

If I park foward (rarely) I'll gauge the space, if it seems a bit short I'll carefully pull in and constantly flip it to reverse just so I can see the parking lines behind my car then estimate how much of my car is actually inside the spot. Our cars are fairly shorter then lets say a Honda accord or GS

Never had this problem like others I always pulled only in enough to keep the tail from being in traffic, never all the way in a spot due to your situation. I think the parking sensors would be a good idea but the small pin type wireless camera application would probably be even better you could actually see. But cost is always a concern, but with a costly ride spending an extra $100 or two isn't that big a deal in the long term grand scheme of things. Either way should help your situation. Good luck.

Be careful. Have your own personal sensor & feel out the distance between the parking block before you stop or do what I do, park backwards LOL. I always give it 18 inches. Wouldn't want to mess up your lip kit if you have one
