Default 2007 is 250 sunroof motor replacement

Hi guys, im thinking about trying to replace the sunroof motor on my is250. I did the button reset, got the roof the close but the motor keep moving slower, bearly closing the last time. Is this something I can do myself?

I have a complete sunroof from a crashed IS 2006 I took for parts.How much will it cost you because I have a lot of parts sitting in my garage and want to get rid of some

its a little difficult to do. youd have to take down and remove the head liner to be able to remove and replace the new motor for it.

I removed the motor/ assembly, without having to take out the liner. I have another assembly being shipped this week. My question; will the assembly swap mess up the timing? New assembly is oem
