You have low Tire pressure. Check "ALL" of your tires, your 4 tires + the spare in your trunk cause that has the TPMS too. to know the proper PSI to put in check the sticker on your driver side door frame.
Lots of misinformation in this thread. The "Check system" indication has nothing to do with tire pressure. (It says "Low Tire" when that happens.) It means that the system isn't communicating with the sensors. In most cases, it is because someone was playing with the controls to the left of the steering column and accidentally selected the alternate set of sensors. If not that, it's probably a bad sensor. The non-replaceable lithium batteries in them usually last around 10 years, but it's not at all unusual for them to fail earlier.

Again, I don't think its the pressure, because the warning would say "LOW TIRE". And there's no TPMS sensor in your spare.

What should I do to fix them the best way without spending loads of money? I just looked on e bay its like $200 for 4 tire sensors on e bay!?!?!! I think it was because when I got my rims powder coated they got broken in the process of the rim being taken off. Also I did not have my spare tire in my trunk for about 3 months and put it back in but the light stayed. I had gone to the lexus dealiership and they I guess reset it and the lights went away for about 100 miles then came back on after going on the brakes slightly hard.
