all these views and no response bc a manual 250 is rare itself. I've only come across one member on here that had one and that was SFFD103. You could PM him for his opinion.

I have an IS250 Manual, and I am I am trying to set it up for AutoX  unfortunately; you are not going to find a lot of info about these type of things for this car.
I will make a post during the winter with some info about my progress with the car.

Is your stock Clutch and flywheel bad? Or you just want to upgrade it?
The clutch/ transmission feel and engagement in this car is well…not the best  and looking at your name, it looks like you may be used to Honda’s transmission…and I do not think that this car is ever going to feel that way (If that is what you are trying to do) however, I think that this chassis could be fun after some changes 

For prices: Sewell is ussually good, but check E-bay etc

I've changed the clutch on my IS and it wasn't too bad. Not much more difficult than any other clutch service. Other than the sheer weight of the bell housing, it was ok. I only used OEM parts due to a tight budget but I would have at least gone with the Fidanza flywheel to eliminate the clutch "marbles" sound.

I had the flywheel resurfaced along with new parts.

Wouldn't know where to buy these parts other than Sewell and Amazon for the f-sport clutch and Fidanza flywheel.

GL!

I spend around $400 just on the parts and resurfacing of the flywheel. Bought it from Carson Toyota and picked it up since shipping would have been a lot from the clutch kit. I had a local repair shop quote $800 but I don't remember if that was with or without parts. I believe it was with parts.
