Yes, the original factory option with resonators on both sides.

Default Exhaust for IS350

I installed (actually a dealer installed) a Tanabe exhaust on my 2006 IS350. I have been completely satisfied with the quality and sound of this system for the last 9 years (I just sold the car). I posted a video back in 2007 (which is not very good quality due to the fact that Go Pro's didn't exist back then). Here is a link:

I just don't like the fact that any axle-back(reso pipe down to the muffler and tip) will completely turn silent after 3kRPM. The Intake just starts coming in and all you hear is the engine. So if you want a really good sound. Add a Test Pipe (mid-pipe section) with an aftermarket axle-back then its music to your ears. Either Customize, Invidia, Megan, Tanabe, Or go True Dual like JoeZ, Borla, ArK.

Now that sounds really nice (much better than the Tanabe that I installed when I bought my car). Too bad that wasn't available in 2006. Thanks for posting!

Just install Tanabe. It is quite normal drive, but when step on it you can hear it. I don't like my too loud like my Civic back in the old day.

Haha, i see a lot of Civic with fart cans on the street. Sometimes they sound really loud but the car is not going anywhere. I don't know why Civic rice it out like that but on the other hands, the Honda S2k owners usually have nice set up.

I think my F Sport sounds the best. Loud when you want it to be, quiet otherwise

Hoovey's set up is amazing! I just got an fsport exhaust over the weekend and I love it. Will probably be getting a megan or invidia midipie down the road.

I'm saving money for the Megan and that set up is probably the best for my ears. The invidia is a lot cheaper but it sounds raspy, doesn't have that deep tone like the Megan, and too loud to get unwanted attention.
