Default few issues, looking for input

I'm taking my car in for service tomorrow and I have a couple issues that I want them to look at. I am not particularly fond of the service department at my local dealership, but it is less than 10 minutes away and the next closest Lexus dealer is over an hour away. So, basically I just want to get some thoughts from you all to have in my back pocket when they tell me I need x y and z or they couldn't find anything and charge $120 to drive it up and down the road.

2007 IS250 awd 75xxx miles Lexus platinum extended warranty till 100k

1. I have an intermittent vibration, mainly on the highway. Feel it in the seat and gas pedal. Sometimes it feels like something is about to go terribly wrong and sometimes the car drives as smooth as butter. The road surface condition/age seems to have no bearing on it. Seems to be worse after the car has been been driven all day, but sometimes does it when cold. Has persisted through a tire change and rotor/ pad change. It is definitely more pronounced and more frequent when I have passengers in the car.

2. When decelerating (not braking) there is a whine/whirring that can be heard as it hits 40 mph. Kind of sound like and airplane over head. If I drive at 40 it persists, but disappears above or below that speed. Worse (louder) after the car has been driven all day. In the spring I had a leaky diff seal that they replaced twice, seemed to have started shortly after that.

3. Pretty minor, ho far down are the mirrors supposed to go in reverse? I had read that you can set them, but have never had any luck getting the settings to stick and it seems like they should be going down further to really be helpful.

Thank you for any help, it is greatly appreciated. I realize these questions are annoying, but I would really like to get these things taken care of and I haven't had much luck with the service department when comes to these types of things.

here is a video of the whirring on deceleration from a while ago. It has gotten worse and more frequent since then. It's a little faint in the video, but you can get a sense of it.
