^Oh crap! Luckily I've got a friendly local Lexus salvage yard owner that is willing to help me out; he said he would help me by swapping out my NAV unit with his good one...and go from there.

Where'd you do to have the charging system checked out?

The radio and clock both work but the navigation and all the buttons on the unit doesn't work..
It worked before but it was strange, it kept showing this power consumption screen and had vertical lines moving across.
My A/C is blasting and I cant turn it off! ITS COLD AS *****.

If you guys have any ideas it would help!

This guy is building me a Nav to Non-Nav wiring harness. This will allow me to switch over two a double din radio using the Scosche LS2151B dash kit.

disconnect the negative battery terminal or fuses 10a and 25a to reset PCM. wait 15 minutes and reconnect then try and see if that works.

The problem you have is not the Fuses. Black screen become very popular now and the problem come from the display driver. Many thread discus about this matter already and like i stated in other thread as well.
YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE BOARD OR REBAL THE BGA TO MAKE IT WORKS AGAIN!!!

Good Luck!!!

Little thread up. Sorry for my english.
IS250 2006 with nav
Have the same issue few days ago:
At the beginning my nav restarting while driving (show lexus logo and boots quickly in 1-2 secs), sometimes screen is freezing and buttons around screen (audio, climate, auto etc.) not responding. Radio, CD and buttons on wheel works good.
Today nav completely dead: screen and buttons not working, only radio buttons, cd music.
From this thread i read that it is PCB power board problem. Have any experience that replacing it solved this problem? And this is that board? (Link below)

Thanks for help

The board you are looking at is for LCD (which is less change leading to the problem you have). The Board you should look for is called display driver board which is much more expensive. A few Members here success by replaced it.
Here it is:

Thank you for help and link. Seller from your link told me that PCB boards is sold out.
Found other sellers on ali, most of them give reply "out of stock" (but why they updating this lot??)
Few sellers, who confirmed, have only Board code: 462651-0012 (2/2), and on other side: 99370-00357, but my board have code: 462651-0012 (1/2).
Compared by photo all other components - the same. But what this digit (x/2) mean? And will (2/2) board will work instead broken (1/2)?
May be other members, who replaced board from ali or opuradio have photos of brokend and new boards?
