Five years ago today I bought this beautiful machine. Sometime I can't believe so much time has passed, but I guess its true. I've been MIA in the 2IS Subforum lately though most know I can be found active on Car Chat. Well that and life just has a way of making you work for it, so I'm sure everyone can understand. Anyway as this nears my 5 years of being on ClubLexus I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone on these boards, including the actual faces behind the screen names that I have met who I'm happy to call my friends and family. My IS has quietly been parting out, reason being age, priorities etc.. but for the time being I'm keeping her. I'm enjoying the OEM+ look and feel, but there is a V8 in my near future and forerunners are the 550i and upcoming GS-F. Till then however I'll still be around, spreading the stoke about cars. wow...can't believe I'm reading this...I remember when I used to browse this site in 08-09 when I had my 2nd Gen GS I came across your Name and it stood out..i think you were probably still stock, but I said this guy looks like he will hook up his car....and here we are couple years later... we will miss u bro but I'm sure that GS will look smashing
