Is this a bad paint job or what?

I think blending technique is a risk. A risk of having the perfect adjacent, factory original, undamaged panels ruined from blending. Repainted surface will hardly look, feel and durablility as good as factory painted. If the painter has an excellent skill and doing the job professionally without any error in his work, then blending should be fine. However, it doesn't always turn out that way for most of the cases. NOTHING is better than factory paint job.
In your case, if you choose to blend, you must have together of 5 panels blended!! That includes a hood, front bumper, side skirt, front door and A-Pillar!! ---Just to match one single front fender, think about it......

Brought it back to them today and the manager came out and I tried to catch the sun so they can see it and they did. The manager said something about the primer not being put on right or something. After I told him what's wrong he ask me if there anything else and I said no and he said he hope not to see me back here again.
Here is some more pic.

I swear I read somewhere that Sewell is the only Lexus certified body shop in Texas. I was planning on using them if I ever had a problem. They did however put swirl marks in my paint during a "detail" before I picked up my CPO car. It looked like they just turned some kid loose with a buffer and dirty pad.

I live in Dallas, and I just had an accident on my SFP not 30 days after I took delivery. DAMN Semi drivers and their improper inflation of tires. Long and short it took out my bumper and scratched my Door. They (Service King) did an amazing job and SFP color was matched Spot ON. I know they didn't take it to Sewell, but I don't trust Stealerships as far as I can throw them.
