Default HID bulb glowing brighter

I noticed on the reflection from my car that one of my D4S bulbs seems to be glowing brighter than the other. Had a look from outside, when looking straight at it the two bulbs seem to be just right, but when i look from a slight angle then the one that is glowing brighter seems too bright and dazzling.

Any ideas what this can be?

Would that cause one to shine brighter than the other in certain angles? any guides on how to adjust the aim?

Yes, angel makes a huge difference. check to see if the bulb is placed into the socket 100%. The height of HID aim can be adjusted using a flat head screw driver. Search and you should find DIY here somewhere. But my guess is that the bulb is not sitting into the socket 100%.

Thanks for your reply. Its 100% seated properly, that was my first thought and I checked it. Having had a close look at it, it does seem that the one that is glowing brighter is not aimed correctly. I cant see anything on the headlamp that you can adjust with a screwdriver but see a little silver 10mm bolt that seems to be adjustable. How do I know if the aim is 100% lined up for both?
