Default Need help with wheel specs

Novice wheel person here and I would greatly appreciate help and inputs. Dropped on Tien S-techs with F-sport shocks and was wondering if this setup will work. Varrstoen ES3 (CE28N Reps), 18X9.5 AND 18X10.5 OFFSET +12 ALL AROUND. How bad will I rub and will I have to roll and pull? I highly doubt the roll/ pull part because there is still about a 1 finger gap up front and same on the back. The front gap may be wider than 1 but 1-2 finger gap. LMK PLEASE. Thanks in advance. YES, I was not able to find much on the "will these fit" thread.

That is super aggressive. You will need to do some fender work.
