Considering buying a 2010 fully loaded from Carmax. Good price but...need advice

Carmax did the brakes a month ago when the car first came in...machined the rotors, carquest cheapo pads. They took it back again this afternoon and are gonna call me to let me know what they find. I mean it could be a tire rubbing, vacuum leak..I just wanna know. While their numbers and prices are good on the car, I don't like dealing with the superstore type of people(they just pass you off as a number).
