Abren111, did you trade in recently? $2k for 6yr/125k extended warranty is nice. Is it Lexus platinum warranty? The Lexus dealership told me 5yr/100k is $2120 and 6yr/100k is $2520. Didn't mention the 125k option. Hmm. Or there are different types of extended warranty or from different prociders?

definitely take the 350 because lower mileage, more power, better options, and the year is easier to mod

depreciation wise the 09 will probably hold value a little more than the 07, the 07 was really the first 2IS and then it changed up a little in 09-10 with some cool additions, which may be small but may play a part in value....the only reason I would say 350 is if you are really urging to have speed in your life....IMO 250 with the extended warranty 5/100k CPO thats what i bought on mine but paid $1590 for the addition 2 years

Go with the 350 - there are times when I'm in my 250 and wish I had more power.

I drove an IS250 and it was alright but the IS350 is too awesome to pass up.

to that. I've been daily driving my 350 for the past 2 weeks and it's a lot of fun! My other car has 510whp/430lb-ft. Trust me, 300bhp is plenty for 90% of the driving you will do.

I also would get the 350. The engine on the 350 doesn't have the dreaded carbon build up issue as the 250 has.

But it does have a safety recall. Pretty soon we should all be getting a letter describing just what the dealer has to do to fix it. Link to the recall notice from Lexus
