Default Anyone else happy with the IS350 gas mileage?

I've been doing 80-85% highway driving (with traffic sometimes) for the past year and constantly getting more than 400 miles per tank which i think is damn good for a 3.5 V6 with 306 HP. My car is 06 with about 90000 miles on it. just wanted to see if anyone else is getting this kind of mpg. what is the most you got out of a tank in the IS350?

I average 23.5mpg per tank. My ratio of street to fwy driving sounds about on par with yours, but I also avg. 75-80 mph on the fwy, and half the time I'm stuck in rush hour traffic.

I'm very happy with the mpg. My previous car was a Ford Explorer SUV and that was terrible for mpg

of course my 03 Explorer has worse mileage than my IS. 1. It's heavier and 2. the 4.0L V6 "Cologne" Engine is ancient

I'm happy with the gas mileage. I track it with a spreadsheet so you all can take a look. I do 90% city driving and I have a pretty heavy foot. If I'm really, really, really nice to it I can average 24mpg all-city driving.

Just got my 350 a month ago and I drive only city. Both tanks have averaged between 16-17 mpg. Not what I was expecting. I got 14-15 mpg in my 2000 mustang same driving. I was thinking I would get 20-21mpg with my lexus. First tank I definitely drove it hard but second tank I babied it, still low mpg. I've got 84k on the clock and filled up both times with premium. Any ideas on why my mpg is so low?

i dont usually check it...but whenever i'm flipping thru on my dash...it usually says between 17 to 20 mpg

mostly city driving ... stomping on the gas very frequently ... love to take sharp turns at high speeds ... driving 90 to 100mph on hwy ... overall rough driver

i'm happy with gas mileage especially with my driving style

i'm very happy of the MPG on my IS350. EPA was 18-25 i believe (for '09), but i'm averaging 24 between each fill up ever since i got the car. it gets same if not better MPG than my previous IS250.

My records would show very similar to that of Greg's spreadsheet above; mostly city and with HEAVY right foot. Lifetime fuel mileage roughly 22 mpg I'd guess.

Pretty satisfied with the hwy mpg, which can get me 29mpg if I'm really trying(65-70mph, light & steady throttle, taking foot off the gas instead of stomping on brakes). Hwy & city mix I get only 21mpg. If its all city, forget about it, 15-17mpg with all the stop signs, red lights & heavy traffic
