Default Is this normal? Turn steering wheel to lock and drive off it stays in that position.

Hey guys i have an 08 is350 stock with about 29K miles. This is the first car i've seen that does this or is there something wrong with the car.

Basically all cars if you turn steering wheel all the way to one side, let go of your hand and u drive off it'll eventually straighten out. My car, it stays lock in that way and would drive in circles.

is this normal or is there something this car does that i don't know about.

Mine does this too. Perfectly normal. If you speed up it starts to straighten out.

Strange no other cars do this, it almost feels like there's a midget grabbing ur steering rack and holding it at lock position.

Perhaps the electronic steering rack setup acts like that versus a hydro rack setup...IDK.
