i agree. but i actually requested to drive my car up myself and that's what i found out. not sure what they would have done if i didn't =\ glad i did tho

Before they tell you that upfront than try to put it up on the rack and damage something.

Had a similar experience, but at an alignment shop here in town. Tried getting me up on their rack with extra boards and such; but even then they brought me out of the waiting room to show me there'd be no way they could safely get the car up on the car without damaging the front lip. Oh well, I'll have to think of something else. LOL!
