If it's frame damage, I would just get a new car.
As for no one getting injured, I would recommend you and your daughter to see a chiropractor to have a look at your body. Simply because an impact like that could make your back and neck go out of alignment. The symptoms would be pain, lack of stability, range of motion and mobility for instance. The pain however however that would be too late since the injury would of built up from that time up from the impact until the pain had started to show up.
Even getting an impact at 10 mph is enough to do this as well.

Great, the sooner the better. Probably would not want to know the hard way down the down where pain develops. For example, the joints swelling up and scar tissue is building up causing muscle(s) to be mostly turned on as it's trying to protect itself, therefore limiting range of motion and affecting your nerve responses.

Usually that's a price to start a negotiation not a final price.

I '2nd' the earlier comment about going to see a chiropractor. I had been in a few car accidents (never the driver) during high school and I am now paying for it. By the time I started college a few years ago I couldn't sleep on my back the pain was so bad. Definitely sneaks up on you.

Sorry to hear about the crash. Glad everyone is ok! Let me know in case you decide to sell the wheels, I curbed mine and I'm thinking of just replacing them with 18" f-sports. Thanks!
