DIY Air Conditioning Service
Since it's summer and it's getting hot, I've been seeing ads for DIY Refrigerant Refill Kits (http://acprocold.com/product/acp-100ca-ac-pro/). Anyone have any experience on these? My AC is still blowing kinda cold but probably not as cold when it was new and I have been thinking about buying one of these.

I donl;t think you should refill you A/C. If you need to refill it it is because you have a leak somewhere and you need to find that first otherwise you'll keep refilling. The refrigerant is not supposed to leak

The refill kits I have seen do not include the oil needed to properly lubricate the A/C system, and end up causing more leaks in the system as well.
+1 to having it properly diagnosed by a trained technician. If there is a leak, they will fix it and refill not only the R134a refrigerant but also the oil, and properly pressurize it.
