What is this part of the IS250 called?

Hey guys, I was wondering what is this part called on the Lexus IS250? The black rubber part that runs down the windshield.

Welcome to CL...Have someone who knows what they're doing install it. My buddy replaced my the clips on it and while installing, he hit it with his fist and cracked my windshield.
