Hey RVCA I actually did the exact same conversion as you did. I did run into a couple problems though, minor but there whatsoever.
1.No fog lights: what was your solution to that
2. Brake cooling inlets: I purchased the duct that attaches to the bumper, but doesn't directly fit into my 08 model; what was your solution
3. Where the foglights go there is actually an inlet for air, that air will go into the wheel cover from the inside, have you had any trouble with the air pressure from the air coming in?
4. When you pop the hood there is a bolt that attaches the original grill which is attached to the bumper in which attaches to the car through that bolt. For the '14 model that hole where the bolt is supposed to go through doesn't align with the attachment to the car, what was your solution to that?
Please let me know thanks

Anyone in NJ have a body shop that will make me this bumper? Ive seen 2 cars with this bumper come to my dealer for work but never asked the owner where they went.

I dont think RCVA will answer because he sold the car some time know. For starters you have to buy the 3IS bumper ,cut the upper part were the leds are ,and also cut the 2IS bumper around the OEM headlights because you will need this part. Then you mold them together. Its not that hard but it takes a lot of time and patient.I did the cutting myself and i let the molding part to the proffesionals!I hope i helped, good luck
