I've searched and couldn't really find info on this sticker posted on the inside of my recently purchased 2008 is250. I think it has to do with warranty work done on the gas pedal/ECU but can anyone help confirm? I snapped the pic below on my phone, thank you!

show us a picture of your engine bay. Maybe a F-sport intake was installed or something.

Will have to take later as I am at work now. But this is a stock car and never modified if that helps any. Adult owned, female driven.

Or just take it back to Toyota/Lexus, with the modification number can look up the detail in their system.

that's just from the recalls they did. 9LG is from the accelerator pedal modification they had to make cause of the "sticky" gas pedal. It was really because people put like 1000 floor mats on the driver side which eventually rides up and sits on or gets stuck under a pedal.

My guess was that it may have been the CARB sticker that comes with an F Sport intake. No clue what it looks like since I'm in NY and its not necessary, but was just throwing out a suggestion to the OP.
