probably not. Since satellite radio usually requires a paid subscription and a satellite radio receiver, you would have to get something that is satellite ready. I have a receiver in my car that came with it but I don't even use it

So they don't have any that would work to replace the existing navigation unit?

These Chinese units will work with cars already have a navigation unit, but you need to reconnect the wires in a different way -- someone on this forum has done it and posted a DIY. But I wouldn't do it if I already have one considering some of the issues the aftermarket units have.

I tried to start one a few weeks back but if you are not a vendor, the group buys are not allowed. If you want information about where to get one though PM me

I def want to see that. I am going to sell the lex soon and the screen looks better than the standard radio.

So these units don't support satellite radio or do you just have to get an antenna?

These units DO NOT SUPPORT SATELLITE RADIO. you just get AM/FM radio. If you want sat radio, you need to get an external receiver that plugs into your aux jack

I installed mine a couple of weeks back and I have satellite radio and I had just renewed for the year. Satellite radio does work with this unit but there will be no display of radio stations or other text. If you really want to be able to see the text then, yeah you would have to go for an external unit.

Before I switched out my unit, I programmed all my fav sat radio stations (i think you get get up to 15-18) and just switch from them from the steering wheel controls.
