Haven't dropped mine yet..
Smoked tails
Xenon depot 6500k lows and 5000k fogs
LED parking lights
Interior LED Dome kit (white)
Tints all around (came with the car)
got a good deal on the wheels (19" with Toyo Proxes 4+)
Weather Tec custom fit floor mats (highly recommend these to anyone)
Don't wanna get coils or airbags.. its my daily driver so I wanna have just a subtle drop.. Probably gonna get f-sport springs and shocks.. just don't know when

I'm riding stock for now too and probably going to stay that way until I make a good steady income and pay off my student loans 
Here are my mods on my Black 08 IS250 AWD, all of which were pretty cheap and DIY:
6k HID fogs + stand alone fog mod
LED DRL kit + LED parking lights
LED cabin lights
LED flank puddle lights from VLEDs (one of the easiest and best mods)
F-sport style Ebay front grill painted graphite (without the emblem)
Plasti-dipped grille surround
Plasti-dipped OEM wheels then put a coat of duplicolor graphite and clear coat
Ebay roof spoiler
GFX tips
Redouts
20% tints all around, 50% on the windshield
Blacked out rear emblems + reflectors
OEM trunk lip
Next up probably: interior wrap, and I really need to invest in a V1 radar detector. My 8500 got stolen from my car

So far, no mods since I'm trying to find out what's the best set up for the 2IS AWD specially here in NJ. I'm definitely working on getting new wheels and a CF truck and hood!

Lexus Test Driver
Holding out for KWv3's. Really want the wheels to pair but will probably will end up with F-Sport S&S for the interim. Really miss being low but as of now these harsh CA roads are keeping me from taking the dive. It's a lifestyle choice haha. Low n' Slow is the way to go but I think I'm getting out of that game kids. haha.

I'm still stock as well but I recently purchased some H&R springs that I'm waiting to be delivered. Didn't want to go with the full coilover setup since this is my daily driver.

I got all of my LEDs off of ebay minus the puddle lights I got from Vleds. They are all insanely bright and I love the look of it. I can send you links/pics if you want. I posted a thread for the puddle lights you can look up.
