Im new to the game and idk i think 8.5 is a good measurement if not what is the diffirence between diffrent measurements?.If I go staggered I won't be able to rotate wheels.

your car comes staggered so going back to same measurements to me is going backwards...IMO especially when your going 19s or 20s...don't sacrifice looks just to rotate tires... I would say go 19 or 20 x9 in front and x10 or x10.5 in the rear...

But if I get them staggered wouldn't the performance in the tires decrease and have less life?

the longevity in tires depends on the height of your car and the camber...not the staggering
