My 1/4 mile passes in the 06' IS350
All stock 2006 IS350 RWD. TCS turned off for each run. Brake launched at 1200~1500 RPM each run. This was my first time ever at the track. My reaction times were getting better every run. I stuttered on my third run against the 98' civic.
Run 1: IS350 Vs. 07' Trailblazer SS only mod he had was exhaust.
Run 2: IS350 Vs. 11' Camaro SS all stock... Not exactly sure what happened. But I think he stalled.
Run 3: 98' Civic hatch Vs IS350 civic mods: unknown
Run 4: IS350 Vs. 98' Camaro SS several mods plus slicks. Was an automatic.(though this was a loss it was my best run over all)
That's all the info I have on the people that lined up with me at TnT night.
Photos of time slips will follow in the comments.

13.5 is good time for a first timer! I just did a 8.9 1/8th mile pass two Thursdays ago at a local track. People say that half of your 1/8th mile time added onto your 1/8th time should be close to your 1/4 mile time. So you're right there bro!
Guessing you know all of the proper procedure for passes on what I assume are street tires?
BTW, pretty consistent 60ft times!

I'm in Newport News closer to Hampton. I'm trying to get back up to the track again this Friday but we will see. Richmond Dragway. It's not bad at all 10 to watch 15 to race from 5-10.

Neither will help your timing. Paddle shift isn't a real manual shifter like the isf. Power mode is just wasting gas does nothing to improve you 1/4. Best way is traction off , put it in D and get your launch down. Also put less air pressure in your rear tires to help your launch and go with an almost empty tank less weight.

That's awesome. I ran a 14.01 on a cold wet day, so I'd hit to hit 13s on a good day. I tried running last Friday but I got to the track too late to check-in. It was a cool dry night, would have been perfect too. How many miles do you have? And what tires are you running?

Do not do a burn out on street tires and avoid the water box; the rubber compounds between street tires and drag radials/slicks are totally different. Actually heating up the street tires can have the opposite effect you are looking for.
Also, just what was said previously you should NOT be using the PWR mode.
