I picked up the valve today and will install shortly. Looks like will need a 19mm wrench or socket to fit in that tight space.
The part number is 12204-31050 and paid $9.87 with tax.

I replaced my PCV at 90k miles. From what I recall, Loctite Blue is equivalent to the Toyota 1324 thread adhesive. Just put a small dot on the first 2-3 threads on the valve, and you should be good to go.
Edit: Nevermind! Just saw your cross-reference info. I gotta learn to read the whole post before replying...

Part #12204 would appear to be the PCV valve in Sewell's schematic. I am at about 90k and haven't changed mine. May order one myself....

Also, can someone explain how this system works? I assume there's a line running from the crankcase that feeds back into the fuel lines?

Should anything be known before replacing? Should I let me car cool down for a bit or anything like that? Is it as easy as just disconnecting the hose and swapping out the valve?

What did you use for the adhesive? I haven't replaced mine yet because I'm not sure which to use other than the Toyota brand. Any link for which one can find in my local auto parts store?

Per the table you posted back on May 9th, this would be the equivalent, or am I misunderstanding your question? That table you posted tells you exactly what you need. My link is for loctite 271 which is the equiv of that Toyota 1324.
EDIT: That is an incredibly tight space. My 19mm, long socket wouldnt fit because the intake manifold is in the way, and a shorter length socket doesn't allow enough room for the valve to fit in to remove it. Then, how would one torque it down even with the socket issue? Ideas?

PCV Valve replacement
Hi guys,
I am trying to replace the PCV valve on my 07 IS 350, and I can't get the darn thing off. I tried using a 19mm open end wrench. Any ideas on removing it?
Thanks,
Peter
