I believe there should be a thread on here already ask about touch screen issue but after I did a search I think the issue on my touch screen is different because my screen still on and I still can move the map around when I touch the screen except all the buttons showed on the touch screen aren't function. If I still can move the map around that mean my touch screen still good right?

What happen is my friend install the airbag for me and after he finished installed, I found out that my navigation touch screen isn't function anymore. He told me he never touch the navigation screen, all he does is unplug the battery and do wire for the air suspension. So i'm not sure what went wrong.

Have anyone seeing this issue before? Is there anyway to fix this or I have to replace a new touch screen like other said on the other thread?

My car is IS350 2008 model

Can you only access the map function? Can you use other functions and use those buttons on-screen?

Non of the buttons on screen functions, only the hard button work.

Sounds like the normal NAV screen failure...technically the ribbon, but you get what I mean.
