Looks like you have the OEM wheel, I would just dremel it down to smooth it out. Or use 200 grit wet sand it, then go all the way up to 2000 grit to smooth it out further. Its still fixable!
If you have it touched up it could cost anywhere between $150-500 just depends where you go. Just be careful if you do, the ones who are lazy will put bondo on your wheels and it will eventually come off since its not meant for wheels. Not to mention your balancing will be off.

The damage on my rims was a a little bigger then yours n I was charged $60 for 2 and no need to take the tire off the rim,well this is depending on who will be your wheel repair guy..came out perfect.

I have this same issue but the owner before me totally f'd up one of the wheels REALLY bad..deep heavy scratches and peeling on the entire wheel.
What are my DIY options here?

$60 for 2 sounds very reasonable. So far I've only found one guy on craigslist and he quoted me $90 for just one wheel

i curbed my front passenger g-spider the other week. it's painted liquid graphite or something and i was quoted 200 dollars to fix something a bit larger than what the OP posted. super annoyed - i think i'll just live with it for awhile.
