Default quick review on fog overlays for my 2008 IS250

So I'm still fairly new on here but I figured I'd make a quick thread about installing fog light overlays on my car. Now I've never had experience with installing tint or anything of the sort so this was all new to me.

In a nutshell it was fairly basic, you use a spray bottle filled with water n dishsoap or you can use shampoo. Keeping your fingers, overlays, and fogs wet you lay the film on and squeegee it out. Hers the difficult part, Since our fogs are rounded it can be pain to get it to adhere to the foglight itself. Thats where I brought my girlfriends hairdryer in. After about 45 mins, a good amount of heat, and patience I got them on. I think they turned out great and I love the look

Btw the bulbs I have show in the picture are listed below
Garax 8000k
60 city light l.e.d
120 fog l.e.d
Stock highbeams

Did you have to take the fog lights off or were they still on the bumper when you installed the overlays? Do you mind sharing where you bought them. And were they precut?

I got mine pre cut from http://www.jdmfanaticvinyls.com/ paid 12.90 shipped. And as far as the IS-F front they are nice but I'm ok with my 08 front end I may just do a carbon front grill and a carbon lip or something along those lines

Thank man, I just took it through a power wash tonight to see how good it was on there. It passed! Now back to the hand wash

Looks good. Why are you running leds in your fogs? Why not do hids? You'd get more light output

Honestly, I've just been trying different thing, seeing what I like and what I dont, but thats a good idea amd I may end up trying H.I.D's for my fogs
