Headlight condensation issue...
I noticed condensation in my passenger headlight unit and xenon is out. Any idea how the dealership will handle the issue? replace entire headlight unit? fix it?
Anyone in NJ/NY that can fix it?
Thanx

Had the same issue but my dealership did nothing. It was already 6 years into ownership so I used it as an excuse to upgrade to the new 2012 headlights. Track down a headlight retrofitting shop and they can possibly take it out, disassemble it and dry it, and seal it again with new sealant. It's important to also make sure you have a good seal if you're running an aftermarket HID kit (this is the cause of the condensation in my old lights).

I had this issue with my TSB lights, one of the covers behind the brights was not installed correctly. I washed my car and guess what, condensation like crazy. I tried the drying method for 2 straight days I let the sun and used a blow dryer and the next morning it was back. So, I called up my service adviser and he replaced the headlight for me at no charge (under warranty of course). I would suggest contacting a dealership if the headlight/car is under warranty.
