06-13 sides are all the same. They're also all discontinued. The only colours that are cheap are ones that Lexus USA are clearing out at a discount. The more expensive choices are all discontinued, Sewell takes a pair of GFM or SGM and paints them to the colour you order.

I emailed sewell asking when the deal was over... they promptly said to me "I would suggest buying as soon as possible". So i just ordered a set

The pricing depends on the colour and whether you are logged in with the CL discount. If you are logged in, the GFM, SGM and MRM are all still $60.50.
