Right now there's not really any other choice
Nextmod's 09 Vertex need to be custom fit by their bodyshop but my schedule just does not work
ALL 09 Wald reps disappeared off eBay because the distributor received a whole shipment wrong from the supplier (probably from China or Taiwan). They all ended up being 11-13 version, which is why the first time NextMod ordered it for me, wrong year came, and the second time, nothing came (been over a month)
So now it's either auth or no lip

Right now I'm not low at all....(25.5-26" fender to ground) and I can always take it off in winter haha
Not to mention work only allows me to drive on the weekends now ;D

This is referring to me asking only for a "test fit"
So obviously he knows the fitment is off already else why would he need the bodyshop just for a test fit? If he wasn't certain and wanted to see himself then he would've just brought one to the shop and tried to put it on my car.

From the email exchange I had with them last month, they basically want the following:
1. pay for the lip ($220), pay for it to get painted ($120)
2. go to their body shop
3. make it fit and make modifications to the lip on the spot if it doesn't fit
4. ask you to pay for installation as well because the shop is going to make sure it gets installed/fitted ($50)
Like reyo said, it sure seems like they know it won't fit =\

his exact words were "some people in the US said the fitment is off so I want the bodyshop to do it and see"
This is referring to me asking only for a "test fit"

From my experience, they super shady with how they do business. Its unfortunate that theyre the only ones who make this lip for 09-10. What a horrible company

First off, the cheapest authentic Vertex I've found so far was about $548 shipped to my CA address. As for the reproduction one on NextMod, how do you guys know they won't sell it to you?
I just tried ordering it on their website to see if it would let me, and it seemed to go almost all the way through up to the submit order phase. I didn't proceed further because I might just order the authentic one....but curious where you guys are hearing these issues about fitment and NextMod not even selling them? Do they contact you once you click submit and finalize the deal?

And you can try to actually order the lip, worst they can do is say no

More like what would YOU guys do for this lip!? 
I think as a business you have to look at how many 09-10 Lexus ISX50's were sold worldwide, then look at what a huge gap/hole there is with a product everyone wants......then do the math and see how much profit you can make by simply creating a mold and busting these puppies out!
All one has to do is get one of their shops in Taiwan or Mexico to start building these things and flood the market like others have for the 06-08 crowd. And since no one else has done it except for NextMod (That is no longer making them), then the market is wide open for the next guy.
