Default Lowered my car, now the plastic panels under my car are falling/scraping off

Hello everyone.

So I lowered my car on coils, say about a 3" drop both front and back. After say the first 300 miles of driving, the first plastic panel under the radiator, which is just under the front lip/bumper, was starting to get loose and it was dragging on the ground, so I removed it and kept it like that without a plastic panel.

Next, after another say 1000 miles, the next plastic panel (As seen in the pictures) is now also starting to fall off.... so whats the deal with this? Its hanging down now and always hits any small speed bumps and makes these cracking noises and is gonna get worse if i dont do anything about it. I tried pushing it back into place, but it is really confusing because that cone like shaped plastic prevents it from going back inside... it is hitting the metal, and the plastic seems to be in the right place as it is bolted on still from other sides.

What to do? Shall I just remove the whole thing again? but then there will be no protection?

Welcome to the lowered life! That stuff happens all the time. You can let it scrape or remove it

i see nothing wrong here! Looks like your doing it right if your car is so low that your scraping everything on the floor

Kidding, buy some new clips and replace the missing ones

So I can remove that whole plastic piece? That will leave everything "unprotected" pretty much, or atleast half of the car ( depending on how far that panel reaches).

Yes I know, my aftermarket lip came in today, sent it to the paint shop, and putting it on soon.

So did you mean its okay to remove the plastic panels completely?

That's why I don't want to low my car ) Yes, it looks cool when the car is lowed, but in the long way, it's not good for your car. I think you should push it up as stock again to prevent that plastic to fall off

I removed every single under body panel including the retardedly MASSIVE plastic that encased the fuel cell. Why that is even there is beyond me. It's plastic. It's not going to aid in anything hitting the fuel cell. It's very very thin plastic.
The under body panels are great for collecting road grime, dirt, etc... They are anchors in my opinion.
