Another update:
Had to add another idler pulley to the bracket, because I kept throwing belts left and right with the stiffness of the industrial 8-rib over the normal 6 rib i was using. We should've designed the bracket with the pulley on top, because the clockwise crank rotation would act as a force to tighten the belt under load. However, had we did that, wed sacrifice a lot of convenience when it comes to adjusting and removing the belt.
Now Its staying on, but the belt is long enough that i can't get quite enough tension without risking having the belt touch in the middle, but i also got shipped another 75mm pulley (8.5psi) instead of an 80mm. Luckily, I'm getting more than enough belt slip to keep me in the green. The 80mm will be in soon, and I'm hoping it will afford a consistent 7.5-8psi. Then ill grab a dyno and this project will be finished!
After that, I'm doing one more round of cosmetic mods in the near future, and then I'll start looking into headers, then maybe an LSD.
The car is still VERY fun to drive, because boost builds to 5psi low in the RPMs then depending on throttle pressure, stays there or starts to fall off over 4500rpm. Still getting plenty of torque out of this thing. And it truly feels like a stock is350 with a 100hp bump. No reduction in driveability.

UPDATE: Went with the Work Emotion CR Utimate in GT Silver. The rears have the new Ultra Deep Concave face.

All i have right now are some instagram shots. I'm going to be doing an AIT front lip and GFX rear as soon as the money from the Vossens hits my account from paypal. After that, ill give her the shoot she deserves.
As a side note, i did weigh the setups, and i saved 5lbs overall each corner. Also, in the rear, i shaved over an inch off of the overall tire height, which I now think its part of the butt dyno difference I perceive between my 18" winter setup and the 20" Vossens because of gearing.
Also, i WILL be getting center caps.

Actually, not an issue. I'm not running near as aggressive camber as many people with that offset. I did a fender pull instead. That being said, the Hankooks in a 245 hook FAR better than the FK452 ever did, even in a 275 with less camber, which is what i banked on. Form+Function.
Trac on, i barely get any wheelspin, as expected. Disabled with the pedal dance, I used to end up spinning so much I'd bounce off the limiter from a 2k launch. Now I can launch at upwards of 2.2k without such issues. I can basically launch as hard as the rear brakes will allow without starting a brake stand, even after revving it up in neutral to sink the brake pedal deeper into the floor.
