Your modifications wouldn't make your transmission do that. I wouldn't worry about it, but if you have the time and money, go for it.

if my car did that, i would fix it under warranty and dump it for a Nissan. IMHO repaired trannys don't work as well as original.

Nissan's CVT transmissions are the worst!

Hey guys thanks to all of you for the information and efforts to help.

UPDATE:

I said F this, nothing I have on the car could cause the problem, so slammed and on 20's she went into the service department. Gave me a RX350 loaner and sent me on my way... That was last night...

More disturbing news came this morning, just got off the phone with the dealership that they cant figure it out, they want me to come pick up the car and bring it back next week... WTF

It's w.e man right now I just want to get this crap over and done with. Only reason I actually see myself picking up the car is to replace the wheels with the stocks and raising the suspension.

Just don't go pick it up, tell them it's unsafe to drive and keep the loaner. Haha

Damn, I would tell them to keep the car till that tech comes in and in the mean time you will drive that loaner car.
Bet you that master tech. will suddenly be available a lot sooner.

Did they say that they couldn't figure it out, or if they couldn't replicate it?

If they couldn't figure it out, then you should keep the loaner, because that means they replicated it, but can't figure out what it is, so there is something wrong, and will need the Field Technical Specialist(FTS) to look at it.

But if they road tested it, diagnosed it, and couldn't replicate it, maybe it only happened to you that one time, or intermittently, and will need a FTS to look at it too, since they can't make it reoccur.

Tell them you refuse to drive it and you want to keep the loaner. My Lexus dealer gave me a loaner for a week when I refused to drive my car.

Those were my first thoughts, however I dont think I want to take my chances with the car being slammed and on 20's when the master tech sees it. I am picking up the car, replacing the wheels and then going straight back to the dealership with the complaint that I dont feel safe.

Here's the funny thing... 1 hour after they had me waiting "sorry sir we couldnt replicate the problem".... really? no problem, jump in the car with me and lets take a drive...

"ohhhh ok now I hear it"...

He procedeed to shutting off the engine while the car rolled forward and in neutral. Guess he was checking for engine problems.

Then he ask me if he would be able to hear it on the lift.... again... really? you just heard it nice and clear and you want me to reassure you that you will hear it on the lift?

In that case you should definitely ask if you can keep the loaner until the FTS arrives for the benefit of your safety. They should let the FTS decide if you can take the car back home or not, based on their diagnosis.
