Default Anyone use wifi obd2 reader with their IS (through Iphone/Ipod)

Hey guys,
Does anyone use a wifi obd2 scanner with their iphone (whether to check error codes or monitor real-time the car's temp/gauges/performance) and if there is a specific brand or app that anyone would recommend

Do you mean Bluetooth? Yes, they would work with most Bluetooth phones and tablets. The ELM327 scan interfaces should work for generic data.

i had a generic elm327 (bought from amazon) plugged in my is250 and ended getting a bunch of codes on the dash. I was trying to use the app torque but had to scrap it due to the codes. But the same elm327 worked flawlessly on my rsx type-s

Hi saxqtzk, I was planning to get the elm327 and if you're saying that it triggered all sorts of codes when you plugged it, I will steer clear from it.
