Spray a mixture of water/soap where the back of the glass mirror pushes into.

When I had a busted mirror, I just ordered the parts from Sewell and had the dealer do it. It was supposed to be $100-something, but ultimately was $200 because of some studs issue. I got a thread on it here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...sy-needed.html

Hook the top part in first.. then slide the bottom down. When applying force, spread your fingers out over the area just barely on the outside footprint of the clips.. applying directional pressure on those bottom sets of clips.

Don't be scared. It pops right in. You could try some light spray lube on the clips if you wanted..

The main thing is not to spread your fingers out too much and press on the edges of the mirror as to make it flex and break. As long as your spreading out the force and not flexing it, you're fine.

In addition to jsmacks's comments - i found tilting the mirror all the up "upwards" helped. It requires some force but should pop right in

Guys,
Thank you for all your input.
I GOT IT IN

One more thing i have to add,
do not "upwards" all the way, it help me to insert into TOP slots.
After that i snapped bottom clips, i think that grease i applied to clips helped a LOT.

Yeah, i'm happy camper
