Does anyone know How to update Gen 6 Navigation without going to the dealer

Buy new nav disc or USB, unload old nav DVD, insert new one. If its USB drive (newer model) I think you just plug it in and it uploads? I'm an '09 old school with nav DVD

heyarms is mistaken; updating the hard-drive based navigation system in the newer vehicles is not a DIY procedure. It requires a navigation update tool which is loaded with a set of of dealer-only map DVDs, and a special one-time-use security key that enables the map data to be uploaded to each car.

Thanx Bichon For replying to post. I wanted to purchase the update USB Dongle from Sewell and try to update myself. I guess the only option is having the Dealer do the update. Do you happen to know how much they'll charge to do the update with me purchasing the USB Dongle from Sewell.
