Before and After pics of F-style grill, Too Light?
I just finished painting and installing my F-style grill and was thinking it might be too light. It has alot of metallic flakes so it sparkles a lot in the sunlight. What do you people think? You like it or should I repaint it?
BEFORE of course with the OEM Grill
AFTER with the F-Style Grill

Looks good. Black out the chrome or paint it body color, and it will look even better.

Looks good. I got a color match surround and it makes a big difference. Just need to get some black chrome emblems.

Any pics of a car with color matched surrounds?

Did you paint just the upper grill? Maybe it looks off because you didn't paint the bottom. Paint the bottom to match and it should look fine.

it'll basically look like this with a color matched surround, but dark blue.

I think it looks fine, I would paint the lower grille on principle. Like others have said, it looks better when the surround is painted as well.
