Nitrogen for tires...Can I ever go back to regular air?
So my dealership is offering a special--> $24.95 for an oil change and nitrofill of all 4 tires. This is a great deal, just for the oil change alone.
I've read about the perks of going with nitrogen.. but my area doesn't seem to have much places where I can get nitrogen for the tires. I'm just wondering if I can ever go back to regular air? Or use regular air if the tire pressure gets low?
Thanks!

The tl;dr version:
Nitrogen is great if you get it free, it wll leak slightly slower than regular air.
Nitrogren isn't worth paying for, as it only leaks slightly slower than regular air (which is, itself, about 78% nitrogen).
They're completely "compatible" as one is mostly made up of the other to start with.

I find the low tire warning light goes off when the air temperature drops quickly over night. When I am at a Lexus dealer I have them check tires and use nitrogen at will, but use regular air everywhere else. I would not pay a penny for nitro but will use it for free.
