Well, depends how much you value the car to be. I mean with the information provided, it was involved in a crash... probably hit in the front since there was a headlight issue. It didn't start at some point.

What does the car come with? i.e. Nav, HID's, Rear Camera, etc?

I bought mine for 31k after interest (they gave me 1.9% on a CPO ) and mine came with hids, navi, backup camera, front/rear parking sensors, illuminated door sills, allseason mats, etc. It had 32k on the odo,it was never in an accident and it was a single person lease before me.

Depending on what it has, you can bargain with the dealership. I went back and forth for 4 hours and eventually they caved into what I wanted. I mean when I bought it there wasn't a single person coming in and looking at cars.

There are plenty of other IS250 AWDs out there for similar pricing with LESS miles that have NOT been involved in a crash. Expand your search nationally. We had to travel 900 miles away to find the right deal on our IS350.. but found a guy in the middle of BFE Kentucky with a 2008/42k mile, mint condition granite metallic gem that looked like it just came from the showroom WITH the 100k platinum extra warranty.. for $22k.

Be patient and look nationally.. that's all I can say.

If your talking about the one at Wayzata Nissan don't bother and test drive more IS's that one was a bit bumpy compare to the other ones..just keep looking =)

Also, if you're looking for an AWD.. look down south. They aren't valued as much as up north and won't have quite the underbody corrosion. As a general rule, I never buy a car from a big city or up north.

Just closed a deal on my 2007 is350 with 54k for 20k. Fully loaded with fsport exhaust, no mark levison. This was from a private seller.
