Default Nav screen lcd issue...

I just had my nav unit replaced by dealer, The actual lcd screen does not sit level in the silver bezel area, the right side is lower than the left. is there a way that this can be fixed? It;s pretty noticable. I have a feeling the dealer will say it works just fine and that nothing is wrong. As this is my 2nd nav unit since the first one was damaged upon pickup of the vehicle (2 month ordeal with Lexus). Is there a software setting in the techs pc that allows to rotate the lcd image one way or another? I am too scared to pull it out and open it up and won't. Would the 1 yr warranty cover workmanship like this? Any techs on here please chime in.

If it's not supposed to be like that (I don't have nav so can't confirm) then definitely take it back and tell them about it.

The only problem is that the regional rep already did a good will replacement of the first new one to the second new one. I dunno what to do.

Edit: First new one was damaged by tech or in transit.

The only thing you can do is take the unit apart and adjust the screws holding the screen to the unit. It's definitely doable, just look for instruction on the forum.

Should I entrust the dealer to do this since its technically under a 1 yr warranty for the part?

If you still have the warranty then you should definitely let them do it.
