I decided to plasti dip my stocks to see what theyd look like and im lovin it. Im going to redo them properly when I drop it and add spacers. No coilovers tho, hard to afford on a college budget
So I have a question I have been playing around with the Idea of plasti dipping my whole car. How well did it work for you? I have gotten mixed results from my interweb searches.
^^ I also plastidipped my emblems and stock rims and love them. But in terms of the whole car, I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you have all the right equipment and plenty of practice spray painting. It's easy to mess up since you're painting such a big surface area.
I wouldnt plastidip your entire car unless you know what your doing. Theres a facebook fan page called dip your car, and its a bunch of guys who do it professionally and it comes out looking great.
My friend tried to dip his roof and lets just say it didnt come out as planned

Plasti dipping your entire is not that hard of a task. All you will need is some $100 paint gun equipment and about 4 gallons of plasti dip. (Officiallydipped.com offers the cheapest prices). After masking off the stuff you don't want painted, hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface your spraying then move parellel along the surface for even coats. (While keeping a distance of about 8inches)
There is plenty of how- to videos on YouTube to show you what I'm talking about.
