Default outside window trim peice removal

Hi all,

I searched but mostly just found threads about people carbon fiber wrapping their exterior pillar trim peices.

I am replacing one of my trim peices the front driver side without the weather strip and am wondering what was the method you guys have used for removal. It appears to be held in by one clip and 3m tape.

Thanks in advance!

I didn't remove mine. At first when I first bought my car I wrapped it with Carbon fiber vinyl. Not too long ago I bought these carbon fiber pieces that have 3m on the back and they just overlap your panels
