hood wrap ???? suggestions? questions

100? for roof gloss or 3m? Thats a bit on the cheap side. Not that its a bad thing but for a piece of 3m vinyl to size for roof or hood normally can run about 80+ for materials. So 100 bucks makes me wonder on quality of work and if it is even really 3m
