2006 IS250 140K .Problems :Exhaust leaks under heat shield. Now somewhere near catalytic converter or manifold.Sound is bouncing making it hard to pin point. Rear caliper, water pump fixed at 120K with Carbon build up campain(total;12000 dollars billed to Lexus).Right CV axle is making noise but no grease leaks.By the way finding right side axle at reasonable price is impossible.Car still feels solid, but those exhaust leaks could be potentially pricey.

I'm at 123k and left driver side axle or something is making noise. When I start to acc. Or stop. Or turn wheel, I hear a popping, clicking noise

I'm just at 141K. It runs like new except I'm burning oil. I haven't had any major issues. A few clips here and there and a second battery as of this month since 2009. Although there's a plastic panel in front (on the underside) of the right rear wheel that keeps coming off.

I was hoping to ride this into 250K territory but who knows what's causing the oil issue.

06 IS350 fixed rear calipers (stuck pin) water pump done... recalls done... timing chain cover is leaking (so they say yet to see it on the engine or ground) valve cover gasket... transmission shifts kinda hard but not bad 1st to 2nd... other then that car drives great with plenty of power...

2007 IS 250 w 210,000 miles. This has been the best car I have ever owned and second best doesn't even come close. The doors close like a refrigerator, just like day 1.

Issues: replaced water pump, clicking/knocking rear caused by leaking halfshaft boots, exhaust leaks at heat shields.

Recently drove nearly 1500 mile round trip and would do so again.

I just read all 4 pages of this thread and it appears that I may own the highest mileage IS on the forum (so far). Amazing car.

I'm not sure. The low engine oil light comes on towards the 4,000-4,500 miles. A quart is enough to get above minimum.

Hell yeah. I'm hoping to get 200k out of mine.

It's a 2010 IS 250 AWD with every option except ML; I even have the very rare BEAUTIFUL upgraded semi-aniline leather. ^^

I've put 130k miles on her since new.

It's a work car. I drive all over Arizona for work.

Never been eaten in or anything. Interior still looks and smells brand new.

The detailed who buffed and waxed my exterior said there's no way my car can have that many miles on it when he opened the door and looked inside. Lol

Thanks for clarification on oil usage. That amount if oil use us acceptable by standards of any major automaker for any total mileage in or out of warranty.
