Dropping my car....

Not lowering... it fell off the ramp

Ended up messing up rear bumper and broke the clips.

Damnnnnnn! You might take the cake on that one!

I backed into someone that double parked and blocked me in. I was too busy making sure I didn't curb check my driver side wheel to see her pull up and block me in at the last second. Cracked my back bumper and had to pay for a new one.

I know that happened to me on my aftermarket wheels, but I'm worried about it happening on stock wheels/tires and wondering if I should roll the fenders.

Individual I wouldnt worry about it, unless your running spacers on your stock wheels it would be VERY hard for a 8inch wide +45 wheel to hit your fender.

The worst / stupidest thing i ever did was not on my IS but when i had my 4th gen maxima.... I managed to almost rip my door off but clipping against a beam. Basically i was to lazy to use two feet for driving manual, so i decided to ease of the clutch a little in reverse to move the car (was checking of an oil leak) when i had the car moved to the place i wanted to instead of disengaging it out of reverse i just dropped the clutch and the car flew into reverse into a beam with my door wide open, causing it to open even more and flatten against my car front fender..... worst part was i was selling it in 4 days!

Letting the gf drive the car for the weekend, I get the car back with a 8 in. Rim rash! Gaaahhhh! But worst thing I've done is starting the car and shifting to drive too fast and the car never started.

I used to deactivate the traction controls every time I started the car. I hated the retarding of the engine as I jumped into traffic. Three years ago, I paid the price....It was raining and I had the traction controls off as normal for me since I like being in control of my car. I go up a hill @ 30mph and around a slight bend in the road and next thing I know the back of the car is going up the hill before the front. For about 5 seconds everything around me seemed to be in slow motion. I panic for about two seconds...trying to hit the brakes. Its too late, I am already in the next lane with the curb approaching. The only thing left to do, was hold on and kiss my as- good bye. Luckily, no one was coming down the hill in the next lane and I hit the curb hard. Passenger side rear rim and half axle destroyed as I basically hoped the curb almost flipped over and scrapped the bottom of the car. Several suspension parts, three rims, 4 tires, and new front lip (X package) costing somewhere in the ball park of $7000 in damage.

Needless to say, I have learned the computer can do quicker job handling my traction.

The next winter i got stuck in the snow (on a hill again) next to the curb twice and (curbed) all 4 of the new rims trying to break free.

At that time; if my car was not paid off, I was seriously regretting not getting the AWD model.

Got caught doing double the speed limit (55) and didn't go to jail luckily. Stop at the next gas station and flung my door open into one of those stumps besides the pump leaving a nice size dent. Haven't got it fixed as a reminder to myself not to speed again. I know, I know, I'm an idiot
