Default Bubbles in seat leather

I have an IS that has been showing some bubbles in the seat leather recently. Some of them have ripped off. Does anyone know how I should fix this and stop it from spreading? The white areas are where the top leather has ripped off and you can see the adhesive.

Thanks

Whoa. First i've seen that looks like that! Have you been using something harsh to clean it?!

Damn, that sucks ***. Could be a bad cleaner that you've used.

Looks like it could be something on your jeans rubbing the leather or sticking to it. Maybe the metal rivots from jeans?

I have never seen that happen to leather seats before. Maybe you can take it to a shop that works with interiors? Maybe they can give you some ideas on what could have caused it

The way that's looking I think only an upholstery shop would be able to help you out. Doubt anything you can do at home will restore that damage.
See if you can find a good one around you and see how much they'd want to repair it.
