2010 is350 shocks, springs, and sway bars
I was thinking of buying 2010 is350 shocks, springs and swaybars for my 2007 is250. Will the difference be noticable and is worth it for 400?

Get the sway bars - best bang for your buck. Also, I believe that pre 2009 there is more wheel gap than post 2009. Losing that wheel gap is worth it if you have nice wheels.
