got the car used, little short guy owned it and curbrashed the hell out of the front wheels, I'm more concerned about the paint on the spokes...
Bought my 08 CPO and the previous owner had new wheels put on at 20K due to the bubbling you can see on your rims. Believe this was done under Warranty so I am not sure if it's a known common issue or not.
I'm guess those rims were exposed to A LOT of salt during the winter and never/rarely washed. It's fairly common and not really anything to worry about. If you still have bumper to bumper coverage then you can get them fixed at a dealer. If not, you can have a place like wheels america completely fix all the rash and refinish the wheels for about $150/wheel.
Normal yes cause Lexus cheap out on the extra coatings. But if your still under warranty the dealer will take care of it. If your under cpo warranty it varies on the dealership. Had my girl 250 done 3 time. The place Lexus had it done guarantee it for life if she still owned it.
I'm out of warranty.. and the power train just ended at 70,400 on the odo.
I don't know where you live, but most wheels places will do a complete refinish and have them looking brand new for about $150/wheel. The $600 investment is worth it, imo.

Or you can put that $600 towards a set of aftermarket wheels Depending on what look you will be going for.
Yeah, that unfortunately is normal. Mine has the cancer around the center caps and it looks horrible. On the bright side, an excuse for some new aftermarket wheels!
